Setup And Project Payments

Each project is scoped and assigned a plan before setup payment. Once Rentasite begins work or commits project-specific third-party costs, setup and project payments are final and non-refundable because they cover reserved production time and work already performed.

Subscriptions And Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the cancellation terms shown at checkout. It does not refund the current or any previous paid service period.

Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, withdrawal right, remedy, or other protection that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. Any exception required by law will be handled under that law.
